A love letter to the mid-century kitchen
Step inside and you'll notice it immediately: sunburst clocks, a wall of vintage sewing machines, watermelon-print pillows, honeycomb gold everywhere. It's not a theme we picked off a shelf — it's a tribute to the home kitchens where family recipes got their start, the ones with a percolator always warm and a turkey always resting on the counter before Sunday dinner. We wanted a room that felt like somebody's grandmother owned it, because in spirit, she does.
That same care shows up on the plate. Waffle batter made with real butter and buttermilk. Burgers smashed to order from Certified Angus beef that's never frozen. A biscuit-and-gravy breakfast built the slow way. Nothing here is an accident, and nothing is rushed.
The values behind every plate
Sourced close to home
Our lattes run on Reverent Coffee, roasted nearby, and our parfaits are finished with honey harvested by Hillerman Honey. When we can buy local, we do.
Everyone gets a seat
Bee's is proud to be a women-owned business and an LGBTQ+ welcoming space. Whether you're a local regular or a Yosemite-bound traveler, you're family here.
Cooked, not assembled
From house-made cheese sauce to hand-breaded chicken and burger sauce mixed in-house, our kitchen builds flavor from the ground up, every single day.
A gathering place, on and off the clock
Grab a stool at the counter for a quick espresso, sink into the vintage sofa with a book, or push two tables together for a birthday breakfast — the dining room is built to flex. On select evenings, Bee's helps bring dinner and live music together for the Coolwater Ranch Concert Series, with menus curated by our chef for the night.
However you find us — solo, with the family, or fresh off the trail from Yosemite — we want the visit to feel unhurried.
